Refund policy

DTF gang sheets are custom printed from your artwork. Correctly produced custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.

Defects and printing problems

For misprinted, defective, or damaged transfers, email info@transfermerch.com within 14 days of receipt with your order number, a description, and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, including a reprint for a confirmed production fault.

Artwork and returns

Check artwork, dimensions, quantities, and layout before ordering. Customer artwork errors and normal screen-to-print color differences are not production faults. Reprints reproduce the approved order. Contact us before sending a return; we will provide instructions if one is needed. Nothing in this policy limits rights that apply under consumer law.
